Pay Range: $59 - $60/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities

• Execute site resin change projects, including material substitutions and alternative resin implementations for molding operations.
• Serve as the site execution owner, coordinating activities across molding, quality, validation, materials, supply chain, and production.
• Support molding process development, trials, and optimization related to resin changes.
• Plan and support DV, OQ, and PQ activities in accordance with CLIENT validation requirements.
• Ensure completion of required technical documentation, change controls, risk assessments, and validation deliverables.
• Coordinate molding press and line time for trials and validation while minimizing impact to production.
• Identify execution risks, escalate issues, and support resolution in coordination with site and platform stakeholders.
• Provide project status updates and support governance reviews as required.
• Capture lessons learned and support continuous improvement of site execution processes.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key Skills; Injection Molding Processing
• 5 years of relevant engineering experience in a manufacturing or operations environment.
• Experience supporting material or resin changes in injection molding.
• Experience within medical device manufacturing or other regulated industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Plastics, Chemical, or related field).
• Experience in manufacturing, molding, process engineering, or project engineering roles.
• Working knowledge of injection molding processes and manufacturing equipment.
• Familiarity with validation principles and regulated manufacturing environments.
• Ability to work crossfunctionally and manage multiple priorities.
