Pay Range: $50 - $60/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities: 

• (30% of the role) - Engage with business unit leaders to understand pain points and identify AI opportunities, prioritizing and formulating a roadmap. This task requires strong stakeholder management, analytical skills, and technical AI knowledge.
• (60% of the role). Document and analyze business requirements and processes to identify areas for innovation and improvement. The key ingredients here are creating a Business Requirements Document (BRD), process mapping, technical insight, and collaboration.
• (10% of the role) Oversee and assist in the rollout of AI solutions and demos within business units. This involves project management, change management, and technical leadership.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills-Must have worked on any RPA tools, experience in Artificial intelligence, AI Integration, agile, Jira and product management.
• 5+ years of Business & Process Analysis and Documentation experience.
• Knowledge of AI and Emerging Technologies with 3+ years of experience (or a strong interest and willingness to learn professionally).
• 3+ years of Stakeholder Engagement and Trust-Building experience.
• Strong interest in technical innovation and AI integration,
• Comfortable working in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to cutting-edge solutions.
• Business Analysis: Basic Agile/PM/BA skills are required, including proficiency in tools like Jira and Agile methodologies. The role involves gathering requirements from leadership and translating them for developers.
• AI and Emerging Technologies: The individual will work within the existing AI & Automation framework/stack, which they will learn and build upon.
• Background Requirements: A strong BA background is essential—preferably someone with experience in building AI/Automation solutions, MVPs, or POCs and knowledge of process mapping & improvement.
