Pay Range: $100 - $106/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Own tiering frameworks, including points-based systems, progression logic, scoring models, and audit controls.
• Design and operationalize partner incentives such as rebates, revenue share, MDF, and benefit unlock structures.
• Define eligibility rules, automation requirements, and scalable rollout strategies.
• Embed program logic into PRM and operational systems, ensuring data accuracy and governance across tools.
• Ensure alignment across Legal, Finance, GTM Operations, Product, Engineering, and Data teams.
• Build SOPs, identify automation opportunities, and define KPIs such as tier mobility, adoption, and benefit utilization.
• Drive global scalability while ensuring compliance, transparency, and operational integrity.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Experience at Staff or Principal level in Partner Programs, GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Platform Operations, or Ecosystem Product roles.
• Proven track record designing and scaling tiered partner programs and incentive structures.
• Strong understanding of pricing models, commercial frameworks, and operational governance.
• Experience embedding business logic into systems and driving cross-functional alignment.
• Ability to balance strategic design with hands-on execution ownership.
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking capabilities.
• Experience in B2B SaaS environments.
• Background in tiered loyalty or points-based partner ecosystems.
• Experience with PRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, Airtable).
• Exposure to regulated or compliance-heavy industries.
• Experience scaling global partner or marketplace ecosystems.
