Loan and Portfolio Management - CDO Loan/Asset Administrator.

Pay Range: $19 - $20/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibility for this role is to manage syndicated bank loan settlements. Review trade blotters, review legal documents for settlement. Resolve trade discrepancies, schedule closing. Take trades from inception to settlement in a timely manner following all LSTA/LMA guidelines.
- Primary responsibility for this role is to manage the daily Collateralized Debt Obligation (CDO) Suite and Issue Tracker reports.
- Sets up new portfolios, assets, and cash mapping input to CDO Suite.
- Processes Agent Bank notices into CDO Suite.
- Research CDO Suite discrepancies between portfolios with the same bond using Bloomberg, DTC, and Trustee report data.
- Manages daily CDO Suite and Issue Tracker reports globally to ensure accurate information.
- Ensures client responses on corporate actions are entered into Etran in a timely and accurate manner.
- Clears past dues and unapplied balances.
- Contacts Trustees and Agent Banks daily to ensure all missing payments or reports are received.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key skills; CDO/CLO experience, CDOS knowledge, Loan
- Detail oriented, Microsoft Office, proficient with excel.

- Minimum Education: Associates.
