Pay Range: $17/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan.

Note-Fully Remote (EST and CST only).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• HS or equivalent diploma - document will be requested for verification
• 1+ years’ experience working within the Healthcare Industry, Hospital, Physician's Office, or Medical Clinical setting with understanding of Medical Terminology, ICD-10 and CPT codes, Medicare and/or Medicaid Services
• OUTBOUND Call center experience
• Ability to work an eight (8) hour shift Monday-Friday between 7am-7pm CST
• High Seed internet service (20mbps upload/download speeds) with the ability to hardwire directly into router. No Wi-Fi or Hotspots.
• Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
