Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Skills-Workday HCM, Configuration & Post implementation ad UAT test plans.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field.
5+ years implementation and support experience with Workday and/or other related HR systems - Be an expert in implementing and configuring Workday Core HCM and at least 2-3 of the following Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Performance Management, Talent Management, and Business Processes on a global scale.
- Well-developed leadership and project management capabilities with demonstrated success completing multiple cross-functional, cross-business, and cross-cultural projects.
- Proven ability to effectively manage time and prioritize projects to meet established deadlines; must be able to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong working knowledge of problem solving, root cause analysis, and associated solution implementation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
