Account Setup Coordinator

Immediate need for a talented Account Setup Coordinator. This is a 03+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $14 - $15/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hybrid - days on site required TBD with Manager; training to be full time on site for the first 2-4 weeks.
  • After training, mandatory 3 days (Tuesday -Thursday) in office.
  • Nearby parking is paid for by the contractor, public transportation available.
  • This position is responsible for working with various areas within the company to successfully implement products and services for customers.
  • Acts as the primary internal contact. Coordinates activities with various departments to ensure that customer's products and services are successfully implemented in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
  • Resolves issues relating to missing or conflicting product information and documentation by communicating and coordinating efforts with customers, sales staff, relationship managers, operations, bankers and/or legal staff where applicable.
  • This role is high data entry with a large number of requests per month. Inputting data, validating data, inputting a file.
  • They will be independently working to process the work by the end of the day.
  • This team is not client facing at all, this is a back- end office support.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 
  • Key skills; Data entry, document handling, Excel.
  • Data entry experience
  • Intermediate Excel Experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Time Management Skills - ability to prioritize and work through a queue of work. Ability to work through high volume of work with high accuracy.
  • Critical Thinking Skills - be able to assess the whys behind what you are doing.
  • Problem Solving
  • Banking industry knowledge
  • Claims processors - mortgage /banking preferred.
  • Data Entry Clerk/Specialist
  • No minimum education experience required. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • No overtime required. Not required but optional OT during high volume times
