Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end IBM Maximo implementation, enhancements, and support activities
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to offshore teams (Manila, Philippines)
- Drive solution design, system configuration, and performance optimization
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions
- Oversee integrations, data migration, and system performance improvements
- Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, and quality standards
- Support production issues and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Key skills; Maximo, MASS, Jython, SQL, Lead
- Strong experience in IBM Maximo (EAM) with Asset & Work Order Management
- Expertise in Workflows & Automation Scripts (Jython)
- Experience with MASS/Bulk Data Updates and Data Migration (MxLoader)
- Hands-on experience with Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), APIs, and Web Services
- Solid understanding of Process Flows and Maintenance Lifecycle (PM/CM)
- Experience in Reporting (BIRT) and KPI tracking
- Proven experience in Onsite-Offshore coordination and stakeholder management
- Domain experience in Utilities, Energy, or Manufacturing industries.
