Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills: Java, Spring, WorkFusion .
- Core Java ,Spring boot ,Python .
- Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience in automation development, with at least some experience on WorkFusion platform.
- Strong proficiency in Java programming and Spring Framework.
- Strong practical experience in machine learning, including model development and deployment using Python/Workfusion OOTB.
- Advanced expertise in relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and data modeling.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and enterprise integration patterns.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile/scrum methodologies.
- The candidate should have a Java/Spring developer background and ideally have good knowledge on the Workfusion platform.
- Workfusion development experience and platform knowledge.
- ML Model development experience using both WF OOTB models and Python.
- Experience working with distributed testing teams which span multiple geographies, time zones and cultures.
- Preferred WF ML certified and have good knowledge on banking domain.
