Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) to deliver safe, individualized, evidence-based critical care
• Provide relationship-based, patient- and family-centered care aligned with population-specific needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate high-quality patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Practice in accordance with current clinical standards, nursing scope of practice, and code of ethics
• Participate in performance improvement, shared governance, and quality initiatives
• Support evidence-based practice, research, and patient safety initiatives
• Complete all required competencies, education, and mandatory training
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor when assigned
• Proactively plan care across the patient care continuum
• Support efficient use of human and material resources

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills; Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or Compact)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
• Direct patient care experience – Preferred
• Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment skills
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Basic computer and clinical technology proficiency
• Ability to respond calmly and decisively in emergencies
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Licensure & Certifications (required upon hire):
• Active RN License (Single-State of Georgia or Compact)
• BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Minimum 1 years of direct patient care RN experience
• Additional Requirements:
• Ability to work night shift (for this specific role)
• Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Commitment to Hospital care standards, safety policies, and code of conduct
