QA Game Project Manager/Analyst

Pay Range: $45 - $49/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding of the game production life cycle, tools, process and execution planning.
• Passion and familiarity with multiple genres of PC and/or console games.
• Experience scaling QA teams and operations. 
• Hold teams accountable to QA processes.
• Attend weekly QA calls and project risk meetings, surfacing information to stakeholders with enough time to take action.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills:Shipping AAA titles, VR Experience, Game QA process .
• 5+ years of QA Project Management in VR, Mobile, or PC video games.
• Experience with end-to-end game QA process.
• Experience shipping AAA titles on console/PC or Mobile.
• VR development Experience.
• The QA Manager is accountable for driving the day-to-day execution of the external vendors executing the testing content and communication with our QA vendors while advocating for a high-quality bar across multiple titles. 
• You will have 5+ years of QA project management experience in video game development, as well as experience working with third-party vendors.
• Working directly with our external QA partners, you will manage the QA processes for new content launches, drive improvements in game testing processes.
