RN Clinical Nurse - PRN - Days

Pay Range: $44 - $48/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply the Nursing Process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care using evidence-based practices.
- Deliver patient-centered care tailored to age, culture, and condition.
- Partner with patients, families, and care teams to achieve care goals.
- Coordinate and document safe, high-quality patient care while promoting teamwork and collaboration.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and shared governance activities.
- Serve as a mentor/preceptor to support nursing staff development and professional growth.
- Promote evidence-based practice, participate in data collection, and support clinical research initiatives.
- Proactively plan patient care across the care continuum and contribute to protocol development for best outcomes.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Skills-BLS, experience as a Registered Nurse.
- RN License (GA or Multi-State Compact)
- BLS & ACLS Certification (instructor or provisional acceptable)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate’s required; BSN preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of direct patient care experience in an acute care setting.
- Strong clinical judgment, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and respond decisively in emergencies
- Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills
- Competent in clinical technology and documentation.
