Key Responsibilities:

- Make 30-50 member calls in a workday.
- Punctual attendance.
- Client is dedicated to “Transforming the health of the community, one person at a time”.
- The HEDIS department is focused on preventive care.
- We want to make sure our doctors are providing the best health care for our members.
- The purpose of our member outreach program is to encourage our members to get necessary tests and screenings.
- Customer service representatives will be calling health plan members to ask them about their medical care.
- If they haven’t completed their recommended tests and screenings, we encourage them to schedule those appointments, to keep them healthy.
- By helping them stay on top of their health care screenings, we are making a difference by helping them live long, healthy lives.
- The daily productivity of each customer service representative will be recorded and monitored.
- Since we are working with the member’s private health information, we must be sensitive to the nature of the calls, specific tasks include the following:
- Calling Client members regarding important preventive care.
- Utilizing database to track and document outbound calls & other programs and tools. We have an extensive training program.
- Skills-HEDIS, CSR, Call Centre, Outbound calling , Customer service , Healthcare.
- Customer service experience.
- Basic Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal skills.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Basic Computer Skills word, excel, Outlook.
- Spanish or other languages.
- Healthcare experience.
- Call Center experience.
