- This role requires local travel and hands-on troubleshooting, with technicians dispatching from their home.

- Previous experience in field services dispatch requiring travel
- Hands-on experience repairing laptops, desktops, and printers

- CompTIA A or equivalent; manufacturer certifications (Fuji, Lenovo, Lexmark) a plus.
