Pay Range: $30 - $33/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Contributes to the IT Support job family in a support capacity. Helps configure, install, maintain and upgrade computer systems hardware and software.
• Performs a broader set of tasks to provide operational support for the organization's information systems and peripheral equipment such as application servers, database servers, web servers, desktops, printers and storage devices.
• May assist in designing, developing, testing, debugging and implementing operating systems components, software tools, and utilities required for the operation, maintenance, and control of computer systems.
• Completes output (documents, analyses, product) in specific work area to appropriate time and quality targets. Works under own initiative, prioritizes own work, and meets agreed timescales.
• Work is subject to frequent review by more experienced professionals in Technical Support.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills-Technical Support, Desktop Support, Microsoft Suite.
• Strong Customer service skills
• Exceptional work ethic
• Positive attitude,
• We are looking for experience with imaging and troubleshooting PCs in a networked environment. This position has an on-site requirement.
• Computer or Other Skills:
• General knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems, Windows 10 and Microsoft Office
• General knowledge of networking switches and data networks.
• General knowledge of IP telecommunications systems.
• General knowledge of printers
• 3 years of recent Desk Side Support required with Hands on Experience
• Ability to lift 25# as needed
• Experience with Jira a plus as it is used frequently
