Pay Range: $55 - $60/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• This role for product manager will focus on new telephone equipment to support Business Voice Edge and product lines.
• Work on launching new devices from Poly and Cisco while at the same time reducing the overall offering (SKUs).
• Additionally, ability to update/create documentation for a BYO device.
• Launch activities include creating/sharing vision with End-to-End teams, identifying sales talking points/collateral, and operational and customer care support definitions.
• There is a lot of opportunity for this person to consolidate offering, while at the same time introduce new devices/functionality to customers
• The product manager will have support of an experienced product lead.
• There will also be a small team with a program manager for each effort, a sales ops analyst to create sales processes, and an operations business analyst for operational processes.
• The extended team will include software engineers, product engineers, network engineers, security, compliance, legal, marketing, training, pricing and promotions, and sales enablement resources.
• Should have experience and comfortable with: Unified Communication products.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills:Product Management Expertise.
• Contact Center - Experience with Business Level Phone (ringcentral, cisco, vonage, webex, Polycom).
• Unified Communications.
