- RPA Tool Expertise (Automation Anywhere)
- Testing, Agile and JIRA
- Ensures documentation of accurate detailed business requirements based on project objectives and leads research on requirements that may involve data analysis, process, or development-oriented efforts.
- Defines and documents technical and systems requirements supporting business requirements.
- Works with database development team to update database attributes and implement end-to-end data solutions.
- Develops business requirements for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Robotic Desktop Automation (RDA) related projects, assuring system specifications address the stated requirements and system testing occurs prior to project implementation.
