Contract Manager

Pay Range: $63 - $66/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Review upcoming expiring contracts and determine vendor contracts that provide batch data.
• Create a central repository to document:
• Vendors that qualify/ do not qualify to source / disseminate data through Client
• Data categories, data consumers, consumption patterns, roles/access for existing contracts, spend, Business Owners etc.
• Compare expiring contracts to determine overlap in services and identify opportunities for savings.
• Work with the Service Manager to contact vendors to start discussions about delivering these files in Client.
• Coordinate between Client contacts and the vendors to set up the new routing of the data.
• Work with Client to set-up listing in Marketplace.
• T rack any changes to contract amounts to determine if any cost savings were realized.
• Work with the leadership team to define/update approach strategy and roadmap for 3rd party data management at Client.
• Repeat this process on a monthly basis with contracts coming up for renewal.
• Weekly Status reporting.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills-Contract management/Vendor management, IT Products,  data management, Project management certifications.
• Ability to read and understand basic contract language.
• Communication, Time management, and negotiation skills
• Project coordination experience
• Issue tracking and follow up.
• Project management certifications
• Prior experience managing contracts
• Prior experience working with 3rd party data providers.
