Pay Range: $78 - $81/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Technical resources (1 Risk Advisor and Technical Writer)
• Manage multiple Audit and Risk findings (Firewall Audit and Certificate Management)
• Work with LOD/Audit/Risk teams in Client to respond to remediation plans, document procedures, deliver risk responses and capture technical service delivery required to address audit finding
• Firewall Audit/Certificate E2E Audit – will need to draft and deliver a Control function based on the existing support services delivered to identify, remediate and maintain Firewall Audit requirements as defined in the Standards.
• Document Process Flows and Procedure Manuals as a deliverable to the Audit remediation requirements
• **Financial Risk Management: **
• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks to ensure the bank's stability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies to protect the bank's Client and reputation.
• Monitor market conditions, regulatory changes, and operational risks to proactively address potential issues.
• **Technical Writing for Audit Responses:**
• Prepare detailed audit reports for firewall auditing and certificate management findings.
• Clearly document audit scope, methodology, findings, and recommendations.
• Ensure reports are concise, clear, and adhere to technical writing best practices.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to gather necessary information and validate findings.
• Present audit results to stakeholders and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• **Firewall Auditing: **
• Conduct comprehensive firewall audits to assess configuration, rules, and policies.
• Identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
• Document audit findings and provide recommendations for optimizing firewall security.
• Regularly review and update firewall configurations to maintain network security.
• **Certificate Management:**
• Manage and audit digital certificates to ensure their validity and security.
• Identify and address issues related to certificate expiration, misconfiguration, and unauthorized access.
• Document certificate management findings and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements for certificate management.

 
Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key skills; Financial Risk Management, Technical Writing for Audit Responses, Certificate Management, Firewall Auditing, Visio Experience, Presentations and Visual Publication Experience, Process Mapping Experience
• Experience in Risk Responses and Financial Services Regulatory Processes
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Risk Management, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in financial risk management and technical writing for audit responses.
• Strong understanding of firewall auditing and certificate management processes.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
