Key Responsibilities:
- Lead/support efforts to understand root cause and corrective actions for process failures relating to execution of the production plan.
- Participate in tiered accountability process.
- Key Skills; 1-2 years experience in production planning, material management, inventory analysis and production scheduling.
- Effectively manage the production plan to meet daily build rates and ensure date Client on finish dates.
- Ensure adequate material availability and capacity availability prior to release of production orders to operations.
- Monitor production operations progress to ensure that build execution is occurring as planned.
- Drive actions to address and resolve aging orders (aged WIP).
- Act as the focal point for reporting and resolving all issues impacting production schedule execution.
- Develop (if needed) and monitor recovery plans.
