Key Responsibilities:
- Outreach to member providing education and training to care givers and members for transition
- Inbound and outbound calls
- 30-245 min calls
- Supports administrative care management activities including performing outreach, answering inbound calls, and scheduling services.
- Serves as a point of contact to members, providers, and staff to resolve issues and documents member records in accordance with current state and regulatory guidelines.
- Skills-("SCHEDULING COORDINATOR" OR SCHEDULER OR "APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING") AND (MEDICAL OR HEALTHCARE OR MEDICAID OR MEDICARE) AND ("INBOUND CALLS" OR "OUTBOUND CALLS") AND (SPANISH).
- High call volume experience.
- Previous appointment scheduling experience
- Microsoft Office, 1 year of medical experience , be adaptable with a changing past, fast pace multitasking , Bilingual (Spanish) required
- Daily metrics
- Monthly audits for calls and performance
- Call to call turn around time
- Daily Team huddles
- 1x week team meetings
- 1 on 1 monthly/ bi monthly
- Training members that are transitioning
- Attendance for first 90 days is crucial no PTO
- No days of core training missed
