Pay Range:$50 - $58/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• We are seeking a Senior Technical – Data Analytics Engineer with expertise in Databricks, Snowflake, and Azure Cloud services to lead scalable data solutions and collaborate with business stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions
• Design and implement scalable data solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions
• Lead complex data initiatives using modern cloud technologies

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills: Data Analytics Engineer with expertise in Databricks, Snowflake, and Azure Cloud services, Telecom.
• Extensive experience in Databricks/Spark ecosystem, Snowflake, and Azure cloud services
• Advanced SQL expertise (T-SQL, Spark SQL, PL/SQL) for complex data transformations
• Proven experience with Azure Data Factory, Data Lake, Storage, SQL, and Synapse Analytics
• Strong background in Lakehouse architecture using the Databricks platform (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog)
• Hands-on experience in ETL/ELT development using PySpark and data automation
• Expertise in cluster management, performance tuning, and data pipeline optimization
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Additional Skills:
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Experience with Agile methodologies and onsite-offshore models
• Ability to lead technical discussions and client workshops
• Expertise in data governance and architecture design
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
