Pay Range: $33 – $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform the full nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation) using evidence-based practice
• Deliver individualized, relationship-based, patient-centered nursing care
• Monitor patient conditions closely and respond appropriately to clinical changes or emergencies
• Coordinate safe, high-quality care with interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Educate and support patients and families throughout the care continuum
• Participate in performance improvement, research utilization, and shared governance initiatives
• Serve as mentor/preceptor when needed to support staff development
• Support efficient use of clinical resources and best-practice outcomes
• Uphold confidentiality, safety standards, and professional nursing practice

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Must Have Skills :Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or Compact)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years of direct patient care RN experience
• Critical care or burn/trauma nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and analytical thinking skills
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
• Strong patient advocacy and commitment to patient- and family-centered care
