Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care & Coordination
• Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient conditions to support short- and long-term clinical outcomes.
• Assist with developing and carrying out individualized care plans.
• Coordinate daily patient flow, ensuring timely and efficient care delivery.
• Document assessments, care provided, patient responses, and any changes in condition.
• Patient Advocacy & Family Support
• Serve as an educational resource for patients and families regarding health concerns and care plans.
• Communicate effectively with providers, families, and care team members.
• Support patient- and family-centered care to enhance satisfaction and comfort.
• Performance Improvement
• Participate in clinic initiatives to enhance patient outcomes, quality measures, and workflow efficiency.
• Support organizational improvement activities and share feedback for process enhancements.
• Professional Competency & Development
• Maintain all required licenses, certifications, and ongoing education.
• Stay current with best practices, pediatric care standards, and clinical research.
• Engage in professional growth opportunities, leadership development, and shared governance.
• Leadership & Collaboration
• Support the growth of fellow nurses through precepting, mentoring, and professional guidance.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment while upholding professional standards and confidentiality.
• Participate in peer review and uphold accountability within the team.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills;BSN, BLS, experience as a Registered Nurse .
• Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher; BSN/MSN preferred
• Active RN license (Georgia or Compact)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and patient engagement skills
