Pay Range: $40 - $45/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate knowledge of mortgage banking underwriting process from start to finish including processing, underwriting and closing/funding functions.
• Demonstrate knowledge of secondary mortgage market remedy/repurchase process.
• Demonstrate knowledge of simple SQL queries to diagnose system issues and trends.
• Thorough understanding of mortgage banking industry data such as Loan-to-Value, Debt-to-Income Ratio, Liabilities, Income, Assets.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Agile project methodology.
• Demonstrate history of providing support to others who do not have the same knowledge/expertise by translating information into easy-to-digest dialog.
• Demonstrate ability to influence the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations, without damage to relationships.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key Skills; SQL Queries, MS Suite, Agile, Underwriting
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access, SharePoint.
