Python Full Stack Engineer

Pay Range: $110000 - $130000/annum.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with a wide range of stakeholders—product managers, data engineers, analysts, and customers
• Contribute to all phases of the SDLC, including requirements gathering, writing design documents, implementation, and delivery
• Help shape the overall system architecture in a flat, fast-paced startup environment
• Develop Python-based backend services and modern UI using JavaScript frameworks (React preferred, Angular acceptable)
• Build and consume REST APIs
• Work with complex data sets, ensuring both backend and frontend properly reflect the data's nuances
• Collaborate with an existing team of data engineers and analysts
• Participate in batch testing, data integrity checks, and debugging across systems
• Explore and apply Generative AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to improve developer productivity

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills-Python , Generative AI , React js
• 7+ years of full-stack development experience in a production environment
• Strong backend skills with Python
• Proficient in JavaScript, with React experience preferred; Angular or similar frameworks also acceptable
• Strong understanding of CSS and UI implementation principles
• Comfortable working with and visualizing complex data sets
• Solid experience building and integrating with REST APIs
• Familiarity or curiosity around Generative AI tools and how they can be applied to development workflows
• Clear and direct communication skills—ability to express complex ideas simply
• Experience working in startup environments or flat organizations
• Domain expertise in collections is ideal; BFSI (banking, financial services, insurance) also valuable
• Long-term mindset and desire for a stable, growth-oriented environment.
