Pay Range: $50 - $52/hour.  Traveler benefits as per agency package. (Benefits vary by vendor and assignment.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Product Managers & Product Owners to drive product strategy
• Act as a Proxy / Backup Product Owner (prioritization, release decisions, backlog ownership)
• Work on product roadmap, backlog grooming & release cycles
• Define and analyze end-to-end payment workflows (B2B & B2C)
• Translate business needs into clear, product-driven requirements
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA & stakeholders across teams
• Support API integrations (functional perspective, no coding required)
• Ensure alignment with payment compliance standards (PCI DSS, PSD2)

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• 8+ years as a Business Analyst with strong Product exposure
• Experience working in Payments / Financial domain (MANDATORY)
• Strong understanding of:
• Card processing
  Payment flows (B2B & B2C)
  Reconciliation
  Multi-channel payments (cards, wallets, etc.)
• Experience with product lifecycle, roadmap & prioritization
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
• Hospitality payments experience
• Prior experience as Product Owner / Proxy PO
• Exposure to payment processor or banking integrations
