IT Infrastructure Operations Analyst

Pay Range: $60 - $70/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Validating requirements and processing midrange compute requests.
• Procuring servers and integrated rack components through established workflows (e.g., expense management, purchase requests, and purchase orders).
• Managing inventory logistics, including tracking, allocation, and availability.
• Completion of all engagement and logistics tasks for assigned projects.
• Coordinating shipment and delivery of compute hardware to data centers.
• Facilitating effective communication and coordination with internal partners, external vendors, and consumers.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Midrange server hardware and infrastructure experience (2 years).-
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Project management experience.
• Service request fulfillment experience.
• Pro-active work ethic with the ability to work independently as well as with guidance.
• MS Excel experience.
• BMC ITSM Remedy experience.
• Client HPE server configuration experience.
• GepSmart experience.
• Client experience.
