Data Analyst I
Immediate need for a talented Data Analyst I. This is a 03-06 Months+ Contract-to-Hire opportunity with long-term potential and is located in FL (Remote ). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $29 - $31/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM EST (Mon – Fri)
- Responsible for analytic data needs of the business unit.
- Manage multiple, variable tasks and data review processes, as well as mass data entry, maintenance, and update projects.
- Complete data audits and evaluations within core systems.
- Identify and resolve complex issues, including mass change updates, reconciliation projects, and the operationalization of data from various sources.
- Analyze and advise management of workflow issues and data integrity problems and offer recommendations on resolution.
- Develop and submit internal and external status reports.
- Create report and data reconciliation through Access, Excel, Business Objects and other reporting tools, to include provider data, claims data, membership data.
- Will be communicating with internal teams only via email (provider engagement, contracting, teams are who they will interface with.
- Will be handling provider data information.
- Will not be working with providers directly.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills; 1-2 years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience.
- Amisys / SQL Server Experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
