Pay Range: $45 - $50/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills:Network, Cisco .
• Oversee the management and maintenance of datacenter infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Provide expertise in Cisco Switching & Routing to enhance network efficiency and security.
• Implement and manage Hyperflex nodes within data center operations.
• Deploy and manage Cisco ACI solutions to streamline data center operations.
• Ensure robust firewall implementation to protect the company’s digital assets.
• Manage configurations of Cisco ASA firewalls to safeguard network integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and enforce best practices for network management and security.
• Monitor and analyze network performance, recommending improvements as needed.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network-related issues.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
• Train and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Possess strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in an office-based environment.
