Pay Range: $82 - $82.33/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate PI Planning, ART Syncs, Scrum of Scrums, and other key SAFe ceremonies.
• Remove impediments and foster an environment of collaboration, transparency, and trust.
• Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindset.
• Track and communicate ART progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Drive relentless improvement through Inspect & Adapt workshops and actionable feedback loops.
• Ensure alignment with organizational goals, compliance, and delivery standards.
• Manage risks, escalate issues, and support effective decision-making.
• Champion the use of metrics (velocity, predictability, quality) for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Product Management, Solution Architects, and other stakeholders for roadmap alignment.
• Support the development and growth of Scrum Masters and team members.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key skills; RTE/SPC Certified/Agile Coach
• PIP Planning/Performance improvement plan/People Management
• SAFe /Scaled Agile Framework
• Bachelor Degree:
• Must demonstrate emotional intelligence and empathy, with a proven ability to coach, develop, and support team members, resolve conflicts, foster an inclusive culture, and effectively implement HR policies and performance reviews to support employee growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent combination of industry-related professional experience and education
• Solid background utilizing an Agile framework (e.g. Scrum, Extreme Programming, Kanban, SAFe) in software development, such as 4 years as an Agile practitioner, or 3 years as a scrum master, or 2 years as an RTE
• Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Experience with processes and tools supporting Agile methodologies
• Strong facilitation, communication (written and spoken), and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail and lean thinking
• Articulate, persuasive, and comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization
• FI experience
