- Client Network Services has an opening for a DevOps Network Engineer in our Campus Network Organization.
- As a DevOps Network Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and ensuring that Client best practices and methodologies are applied to the design, deployment and operations of SD-WAN, SD-LAN and WiFi projects.
- You must possess strong to advanced knowledge of routing and switching, WiFi, and network automation.
- Candidate will primarily act in a DevOps role for the enterprise data network platforms with full product ownership.
- You will develop and maintain automation to manage the data network and dependencies.
- You will be responsible to provide technical guidance and leadership to partner teams to drive solutions.
- You will be the technical point of contact for the customer and provide design, migration and deployment guidance.
- Your operations activities include troubleshooting performance issues and performing break-fix network changes.
- You should have experience with and a strong knowledge of Incident, Problem and Change management processes.
- You will drive technical resolution of High-Severity & Low Severity Incidents.
- You will provide direct support of Problem Management process, including Post-Mortem participation and presentations.
- You will help govern device remediation and Operational Resiliency activities.
