Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care and Care Coordination: Monitor, examine, and evaluate patients' conditions across various critical care units.
- Assist with the care plan and take appropriate actions to promote patients' short/long-term outcomes and wellbeing.
- Deliver care plan as outlined, applying independent judgment where appropriate.
- Collaborate with and communicate patient care plans with new teams regularly as you float to different units.
- Critical Care Delivery: Prioritize and coordinate optimum daily patient flow and patient experience in ICUs, CVICUs, SICUs, MICUs, and similar units.
- Deliver safe and effective care according to policies and procedures.
- Maintain appropriate documentation of patient assessment, changes in condition, care delivered, education provided, and any incidents or exceptions.
- Patient Advocacy and Satisfaction: Listen to concerns, probe in-depth to understand the needs and concerns, and respond to patient needs in an appropriately timed manner.
- Serve as an educational resource for patients and families on complex critical care issues.
- Embrace patient- and family-centered care.
- Performance Improvement: Seek opportunities to improve the work environment and processes.
- Contribute ideas to help identify solutions and support change implementation.
- Professional Leadership: Foster the growth and development of other nurses through mentorship.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment. Adhere to all confidentiality, safety, and professional standards.

- Provide evidence-based, individualized care using the full nursing process.
- Manage complex, high-acuity patients with confidence and clinical expertise.
- Safely and accurately administer medications, infusions, and treatments.
- Respond quickly to emergencies and critical changes in patient condition.
- Partner with patients and families to educate, advocate, and empower.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standards of care.

- Schedule: Full Time
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- BSN preferred.
- Licensure & Certifications (Required upon hire):
- Active RN License in the State of Georgia or Multi-State Compact (RN-COMPACT).
- BLS – Basic Life Support from AHA required.
- ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support required.
- CCRN certification preferred.
- Minimum 2+ years of recent Critical Care RN experience (ICU, CVICU, SICU, MICU, or similar).
- Skills:
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking.
- Calm under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and patient advocacy skills.
- Highly adaptable, organized, and team-oriented
