Pay Range: $35 - $40/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Own global marketing & events budgets (high visibility role)
• Work with leadership and influence financial decisions
• Hands-on with Allocadia, NetSuite, and financial systems
• Blend of FP&A + operations + stakeholder strategy
• Fully remote flexibility
• Manage multiple global cost centers and budgets
• Forecast, track, and optimize marketing/event spend
• Conduct budget reviews and provide strategic insights
• Analyze budget vs actuals and identify risks/opportunities
• Build executive-ready financial reports and dashboards
• Translate complex financial data into business insights
• Own end-to-end PR/PO lifecycle (Purchase Requests & Orders)
• Partner with procurement to streamline vendor payments
• Ensure smooth invoicing and financial compliance
• Systems & Tools
• Work with Allocadia (marketing budgeting)
• Use NetSuite (ERP) for financial tracking
• Maintain data accuracy across financial systems
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Procurement teams
• Support strategic planning and financial governance
• Act as a financial advisor to business stakeholders
• Identify automation and efficiency opportunities
• Improve financial workflows and reporting systems
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• 3–5+ years experience in FP&A / Financial Analyst / Budget Analyst roles
• Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
• Experience with Allocadia or marketing budget tools (or similar)
• Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
• Experience supporting marketing, events, or global programs
• Knowledge of procurement / PR-PO processes
• Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
