Pay Range: $33 - $35/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• This position will support curriculum development and training for a Specialty Pharmacy, including assisting with work related to several migration projects.
• Contingent will create and revise e-learnings, PowerPoints, agendas, and other materials for online and instructor-led training.
• Meet with stakeholders to discuss project parameters and attend training classes.
• We use a department style guide and templates and a curriculum development checklist to set expectations for performance.
• This role is fast-paced with a lot of opportunity to work on a variety of training projects, learn a variety of functions and work with a variety of stakeholders within Pharmacy Services.
• Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness.
• Offer specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills.
• May assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups or consultation with managers.
• Organize and develop, or obtain, training procedure manuals and guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials.
• Present information using a variety of instructional techniques and formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, and lectures

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key Skills; Experience creating interactive e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline or Captivate.
• Experience teaching or training adults, preferably in a corporate training environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, and leadership technique.
• Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods.
• Knowledge of human behavior and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; learning and motivation; psychological research methods.
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
