Key Responsibilities:
- Provide test and manufacturing support for MEMS inertial, magnetic and pressure sensor products.
- Perform yield and performance data analysis to monitor process capability, product health trends and drive yield improvements.
- Statistically analyze data to help evaluate and qualify process and product changes.
- Utilize CAMP, Lean, and Six-Sigma methodologies to govern engineering standard work practices.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues, facilitate issue identification and analysis.
- Develop improvements in product design and in the manufacturing and assembly processes for cost and cycle time reductions.
- Assist development of new products.
- Support knowledge for test equipment and preventative maintenance plans to maintain factory capacity and efficient product flow.
- Facilitate a self-driven work force culture to achieve RTY, BIQ, COPQ, and other SQDIC goals.
- Test products & software .
- U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
- Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen .
- Key Skills:("SEMICONDUCTOR MANUFACTURING" OR MANUFACTURING OR "MANUFACTURING SUPPORT" OR "PRESSURE SENSOR PRODUCTS." OR SIX-SIGMA OR "TEST PRODUCTS" OR "PRODUCT DESIGN" OR "ROOT CAUSE CORRECTIVE ACTION" OR "ANALYSIS TOOLS" OR JMP OR MINITAB OR SAS OR RSTUDIO),
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics .
- 5+ years of engineering experience .
- Product or process engineering experience.
- Experience with silicon fab, MEMS sensors, pressure and magnetic sensors.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
- Ability to balance priorities in daily tasks and strategic projects.
- Hands on work ethic. Initiative and ownership of responsibilities and actions.
- Ability to partner and collaborate well with team members across functions.
- Quickly and accurately identifying subtle interrelationships and patterns among a variety of problems and issues (process and data correlation of cause/effect across value stream).
- Experience and ability to use statistical analysis tools (like JMP, Minitab, SAS, RStudio, etc.) to efficiently analyze data.
- Conveying information with clarity and directness, ensuring the message is understood across diverse teams.
- Root Cause Corrective Action / Lean / Six Sigma.
