HR Coordinator
Immediate need for a talented HR Coordinator. This is a 06+ Months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Parsippany NJ(Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $15 - $18/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintains team member personnel files within our cloud-based platform
- Completes quarterly audits of all HR transactions
- Coordinate and execute department mailing for various HR initiatives
- Completes initial written responses to employment verifications for generalist review
- Completes initial drafts of employment letters for generalist review
- Act as a liaison between the organization’s team members and the HR/TA team
- Perform additional duties and projects for the HR/TA team as assigned
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Associate degree; coursework relating to HR a plus; or
- 2 years of prior HR-related administrative experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow up
- Ability to effectively follow up on assignments
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Possesses a high level of confidentiality and integrity
