- Administrative work
- Office Management
- Must have experience in executive leadership and lab teams with administrative, operational, and event coordination tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Must be able to Provide administrative support, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Assist with onboarding, office supply management, and vendor contracts.
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Handle facilities requests, shipping/receiving, and desk assignments.
- Track budgets, manage purchase orders, and prepare financial/activity reports.
- College degree preferred.
- Fluent in English and Korean.
- Proficient in MS Office; tech-savvy.
