Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Skills-["Google CCAI" OR "Dialog Flow", "Contact Center technologies", "PMP", "Scrum"]
- 10 years in project/program management, with at least 5 years in contact center or customer experience programs.
- PMP or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
- Google CCAI/Dialog Flow
- Contact Center technologies
- PMP, Scrum
- Lead complex contact center initiatives with strong technical acumen.
- Engage senior/executive client leadership and manage matrixed teams effectively.
- Communicate confidently and operate independently with minimal guidance.
- Simplify complex concepts into clear presentations for leadership.
- Strong understanding of AI-driven contact center solutions.
