Pay Range: $70 - $80/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management of cybersecurity initiatives across IT and OT infrastructures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
• Drive the convergence of IT and OT SOCs, facilitating integration of tools, processes, and teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., IT, OT, engineering, compliance, risk management, operations) to align cybersecurity objectives and deliverables.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources for multiple concurrent projects, adapting to both Agile and Waterfall delivery models as appropriate.
• Ensure project documentation, reporting, and governance adhere to enterprise PMO and cybersecurity standards.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and project metrics, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Manage vendor and third-party relationships as needed for solution delivery or implementation support.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills-Cybersecurity, Safe, IT/OT.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management within cybersecurity, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments with OT exposure.
• Proven experience managing IT and OT integration or SOC convergence projects.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001), and tools across enterprise and industrial environments.
• Demonstrated experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Familiarity with SAFe Agile framework and practices (certification is a plus).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to interface across business, IT, and OT teams.
