- Key Skills: Requirements gathering, refining, prioritizing.
- Contact Center applications – technology solutions (Genesys, Salesforce, Amazon Connect).
- Experience with Salesforce reporting .
- Requirements gathering, refining, prioritizing. Measuring the business outcome.
- Ability to provide data backed research and estimations, and then the follow up post implementation to validate if hypothesis was correct the ability to communicate, translate between business and bring groups together for solution will be very important.
- Contact Center applications – technology solutions (Ginesis, Salesforce, Amazon Connect) – some understanding of these solutions, their limitations, the degree to which they might be malleable, etc – this domain experience would provide the most value given it is where this product area lies.
- Experience with Salesforce reporting – customize dashboards Translate requirements into sequence diagrams into APIs Scrum Teams – 9-10 members, there are 6 squads within this domain / PA.
