Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct release readiness, milestone, governance, and business Go/No-Go reviews.
- Manage release planning, scheduling, reporting, and communication with stakeholders.
- Maintain release repository (procedures, dependencies, notifications).
- Collaborate with technical/business teams to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
- Continuously improve release processes and practices.
- Acts as the local SME for enterprise change standards, handling release coordination, documentation, preparation, and verification.
- Expected to drive process improvements and ensure quality and efficiency in release management.
- Key Skills: Release Change Management, Jira and Tableau .
- 3–5 years’ experience in release management & quality testing.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and ECM compliance.
- Experience with JIRA, Tableau, and onsite-offshore coordination.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Background in program/project management, change management, and risk management.
