F5 Engineer

Pay Range: $68 - $71/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Design, Document, and implement complex F5 and network configurations for a large financial enterprise with multiple data centers.
• Collaborate with a wide range or teammates with varying technical experience.
• Provide support (analysis, implementation, and troubleshooting) for projects or individual requests.

 
Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key skills; F5 GTM/DNS, Cisco ACI, F5OS , Velos Chassis
• Strong experience with F5 GTMs/DNS configuring, maintaining, migrating configurations for Wide-ips, listeners, virtual, pools etc..
• The ability to configure and trouble shoot complex application flows including ssl termination, irules, layer 7 monitors and persistence requirements.
• Must have the ability to debug issues by monitoring logs, capturing and analyzing data via tdcpdumps and Wireshark.
• Working knowledge of Firewalls, VPN, routing/switching. An ability to communicate effectively with requestors, engineers and project managers with varying technical knowledge and experience.
• Ability to multitask and understand projects/critical timelines and a strong understanding of change control processes.
• Experience with Banking/Financial environments with regulations, government oversight.
• Experience with large multi-location datacenter environments.
• Cisco ACI Multi-Site, Secure Workload, Software Designed Networks, NDB and Cloud experience. Cisco/F5 certifications. 
• Experience with F5OS with Rseries or Velos Chassis.
• VIP Iron and VCMP tenants.
