Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the full nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) to deliver safe, individualized, evidence-based patient care
• Provide patient- and family-centered care, respecting cultural values and care goals
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality outcomes
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and professional care environment
• Participate in performance improvement, shared governance, and quality initiatives
• Apply evidence-based practice and support patient safety initiatives
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Proactively plan care across the entire patient care continuum
• Support efficient use of staffing, time, and clinical resources
• Participate in mentorship, education, and ongoing competency requirements

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key Skills; Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or Compact)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Computer data entry proficiency – Required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Float and provide Med Surg nursing coverage across Spaulding, Sylvan Grove, and West GA locations as assigned
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and time management skills
• Ability to manage clinical emergencies calmly and decisively
• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Licensure & Certifications (required upon hire):
• Active RN License (Single-State of Georgia or Compact)
• BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Minimum 1 years of direct patient care RN experience
• Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Commitment to Hospital care standards, safety policies, and code of conduct
• Ability to work night shift (for this specific role)
