Pay Range: $22.50 - $23/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Shift: Start: 8:00am - End: 5:00pm CST (Lunch is 1 Hour) OT as needed (not mandatory)
• Independent dispute resolution backlog/ Claims support.
• Maintain Federal No Surprises Act process.
• Resource needs to clean up backlog related to previously processed claims.
• Process intake backlog for Federal Independent Dispute Request (IDR) process. Data entering submissions into tracking log. NSA claims special projects.
• Daily interaction with supervisor/team members.
• Remote therefore utilize Microsoft team to communicate.
• Weekly meetings.
• The IDR dispute process is federally regulated.
• Opportunity to contribute to a high impact team that supports federal compliance under the No Surprises Act (NSA).
• Every case is different, and analysts work through real-time challenges involving regulatory timelines & arbitration outcomes.
• The roles offers exposure to regulatory operations and claim adjustments (this temp will not be processing claims).

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred. 2-4 years’ experience required.
