Claims Analyst II
Immediate need for a talented Claims Analyst II. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in US (Remote{CST}). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $22.50 - $23/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Shift: Start: 8:00am - End: 5:00pm CST (Lunch is 1 Hour) OT as needed (not mandatory)
- Independent dispute resolution backlog/ Claims support.
- Maintain Federal No Surprises Act process.
- Resource needs to clean up backlog related to previously processed claims.
- Process intake backlog for Federal Independent Dispute Request (IDR) process. Data entering submissions into tracking log. NSA claims special projects.
- Daily interaction with supervisor/team members.
- Remote therefore utilize Microsoft team to communicate.
- Weekly meetings.
- The IDR dispute process is federally regulated.
- Opportunity to contribute to a high impact team that supports federal compliance under the No Surprises Act (NSA).
- Every case is different, and analysts work through real-time challenges involving regulatory timelines & arbitration outcomes.
- The roles offers exposure to regulatory operations and claim adjustments (this temp will not be processing claims).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills; Claims processing, Healthcare, Data Analysis
- Analytical & Investigative skills
- Gaining regulatory knowledge
- Workflow & System Efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred. 2-4 years’ experience required.
