Key Responsibilities:
- Our team is seeking a seasoned technology professional to assume the role of Integration Analyst with a focus on platform integration/migration.
- The Integration Analyst is a key member of the team who will work closely with Program Managers, Solution Architects, Business Systems Analysts, and key stakeholders to Client and deliver solutions pertaining to our platform migration.
- This individual will serve a key point of contact and will play a critical role in ensuring our processes and connections are documented and migrated successfully into our new platform.
- What you’ll do: You will be the primary liaison between the Business, Technology, and the Vendor for all things related to the discovery and support of the vendor migration.
- You’ll build relationships with your stakeholders to understand their needs and convert those needs into requirements and solutions for IT and for the vendor.
- You will lead coordination of cross-functional teams including (but not limited to): implementation, enhancements, and integrations.
- You’ll also help troubleshoot any system issues, and you’ll work closely with the vendor to ensure that we address any future state engagements/enhancements that may affect migration.
- The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with ambiguity & reasonable autonomy, researching & reading documentation, asking probing questions, solutioning, and driving items to completion.
- Discovery: Independently lead effort to Client vendor contacts, details, and document requirements and any potential future changes at vendor that could affect migration efforts.
- Analysis: Ability to organize data and analyze into actionable steps for vendor re-connection.
- Function as the primary analyst, distilling and interpreting needs to formulate a comprehensive and coherent technology solution.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for research and analysis.
- Communication: Maintain and manage all outgoing and incoming communications both internally and externally.
- Implementation: Lead the end-to-end migration of re-connecting vendors to new environment including coordination with vendor staff, communication with business stakeholders and internal staff, ensuring internal teams have intake requests, validation of credentials/access for vendor, and tracking of progress of all migration activities to closure.
- Administration: Serve as the primary point of contact for information, documentation, resolving issues, and identifying gaps.
- Collaborative Leadership: Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams.
- Technical Support: Provide comprehensive support and troubleshooting expertise to ensure issues/requests are documented and tracked.
- Skills-4+ years of exp as a Business system analyst, 2 years of exp in File Transfer Protocol/Secured File Transfer Protocol, Exp in ITIL/ITSM in managing vendor integration.
- Technical Proficiency: A technical understanding of file shares, file transfers, gateway connectivity, sFTP setup, SSO, application connectivity/whitelisting and technical skills to implement/migrate new and existing vendors.
- Communication Prowess: Exceptional communication skills to convey technical nuances simply and facilitate productive dialogue with stakeholders at various organizational levels.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information to a variety of audiences (technical and non-technical).
- Execution Excellence: Ability to effectively prioritize work, balancing support with project driven action items, along with exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Innovative Aptitude: Proven ability to think innovatively, offering strategic insights and Client approaches to facilitate moving past roadblocks.
