Pay Range: $33 - $35 /hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Note: This position is Phoenix, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO, San Antonio, TX, Chesapeake, VA, Tampa, FL
• Will support the claims business process owner team in documenting existing processes as well as developing or enhancing existing processes
• Use of Visio to document process mapping and Microsoft Word to draft process documentation for ingestion into clilent's governance document system.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key skills; -"Process Improvement”, ”Process Mapping", “Process Documentation”, "Visio", “Claims”, Microsoft Suite"
• Auto claims experience process ownership experience is helpful to include claims routing, Guidewire, auto repair, and liability investigations.
• Candidate will help in documenting and refining processes.
• Plan and design business processes and make recommendations and changes in order to improve and support business systems and activities, and/or to deliver greater effectiveness and efficiency
• Develop/advise on policies, standards, risk management, and controls related to relevant processes
• Experience in developing and maintaining documentation related to workflow and business processes
