Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills; Python scripting
- On-Prem cloud exp AWS
- Linux admin exp
- 8+ years of experience in production support, systems and platform operations and technology
- Experience with On Prem and Public Cloud - AWS, EKS
- Scripting languages like Python
- Linux Administration and Cloud, DevOps experience would be a plus
- 8+ years IT experience
- Proven technical background with high degree of comfort with Linux, Oracle databases, PostgreSQL databases, networking concepts, and ITSM-based methodologies
- Experience with batch scheduling software (e.g. Autosys/Control-M) and ETL processing
- Familiarity with event driven architecture (e.g. Apache Kafka)
- Extensive experience with Oracle, pgadmin and PL/SQL
- Experience with automated deployment tools & techniques (Concourse, Jenkins, Jenkinscore, Udeploy)
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog and Sitescope
- Experience with advanced analytics and data visualization tool Spotfire
- You have a solid grasp of AWS. Certification is a plus.
- Experience with Kubernetes (EKS, AKS)
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java and Go
