Job Title: Advice Director

Job Summary
As a dedicated Advice Director contractor, you will serve a key role in an ongoing project. You will have primary responsibility for the development of the client's point of view on this subject, and editing current and creating new long-form articles that will reside on the client's website. The position provides technical validation of advice messaging and engages additional expertise where required to ensure completeness of the client's point of view.
This position can work remotely in the continental U.S. with occasional business travel.

Minimum/Required
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
Minimum Experience: 8 or more years of experience specific to the subject matter supported.
o 8 or more years of experience in investments and retirement
Content creation experience - long-form article and/or video script writing (Writing samples or Portfolio will be ideal)

Certified Financial Planner (CFP) Designation
Background in financial planning, financial advising, or similar role - 5+ years
Expert knowledge of content strategy & Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices - 1+ years experience
US military experience through military service or a military spouse/domestic partner
