Key Responsibilities:
- Working independently on processes and troubleshooting current production issues relating to Molded part quality.
- Monitoring and reporting issues with the injection molding process; responsible for completing daily standard work to maintain current processing and quality.
- Documenting new and existing processes; Perform DOE and establish new processing windows for plastic parts.
- Provide technical communication to other process technicians, operators, and other molding personnel.
- Maintain process documentation to ensure that parts meet company and part print expectations.
- Key Skills:Injection Molding, Manufacturing Process .
- High school diploma or GED.
- 3+ years of experience operating injection molding process equipment.
